Well, this one was made using a cut-out from the game "Assassin's Creed" which I happen to stumble upon, and the background screenshot comes from "Thief: Deadly Shadow" excellent game but extremely spooky. Enjoy!

you should try and blend him with the background, add a color overlay, a bit blueish and some brownish color would do it. Also some shadow on his top would be good. Just a few things that came in mind. Good work.
